Hamilton gets a new tallest building
19 June 2009
A new residential tower for Hamilton has been approved, which at 22 stories will become the suburb's tallest building.
The building, Harbour One, will form part of the new Hamilton Harbour development and will contain 258 units, being a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Apartments are priced from $325,000 to $1.74 million. According to Devine, who along with Leighton Properties are developing the site, around 50% of the apartments have already been sold.
Along with the various apartment buildings in the Portside Wharf complex (pictured), Hamilton Harbour will further increase the number of large residential buildings attracting new residents to the area.
